Do you get better rates than I could get myself?
Our goal is to ensure that you have the best experience possible that is perfectly matched to your vision and interests. There are many times that we do have access to negotiated rates, but the real value is in how we can save you time, stress and frustration either prior to traveling and while you are traveling. If you’re looking for a custom-made seamless planning and travel experience, we’d love a chance to show you the difference of working with a travel advisor!
Why do you offer bundled or packaged rates?
As travel advisors, our focus is on curating comprehensive travel experiences rather than just providing individual component prices. We take a holistic approach to trip planning, considering various factors such as accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services to create a seamless itinerary tailored to your preferences. By bundling these components together, we can leverage our industry relationships to secure the best overall value for your trip.
Do you work with VRBO or Airbnb?
We do not work with properties that are individually managed. We are unable to stand behind the quality of individually owned properties. If you are looking for options with shared space (like a living room), we will work with our partners to find vetted villas, apartments, and/or hotels that meet your needs.
How involved can I be in the planning of my trip?
You can be involved as much or as little as you want! We're here to make your travel dreams come true. If you've got a very clear image of what your perfect trip looks like, we want to know every detail. If you want to leave everything up to us, that's ok too! We'd love to surprise and delight you with a perfectly curated itinerary based on the information you're able to provide us. We can even help you choose a destination if you're not sure where you want to go!
How frequently will we need to be in touch?
We’ll connect by phone to kick off the planning process. We tend to communicate more frequently early on as we hear your feedback and prepare to book your trip. Things quiet down after booking, but we’ll be back in touch as your departure nears. Of course, we’re here to answer questions at any time during the process!
What if I need assistance while I am traveling?
We work with great partners around the world to ensure your needs will always be taken care of. We thoroughly vet our hotels and other travel providers to make sure they provide our clients with the highest levels of service. If we have assisted with your hotel booking only, we are confident that the concierge or hotel staff will be able to assist you any time. You will also have access to our emergency after hours hotline number.
